These are Genuine BMW headlight lenses / covers for the facelifted (LCI) E46 sedan and wagons, which includes the 2002 to 2005 model 325i, 325xi, 330i, and 330xi (including the 325iT and 325xiT wagon models for these years as well).  

This Genuine BMW headlight lens is compatible with the ZKW brand already found on many cars.
